Justin is an international theatre and tap dance instructor and with credits including at Broadway Dance Center, Marymount Manhattan College, The Juilliard School, NYU Tisch, The Pulse, Steps on Broadway, and Broadway Artists Alliance. His students have included Lady Gaga, Adam Chanler-Berat (Next to Normal, Peter and the Starcatcher), Sophia Anne Caruso (Beetlejuice, NBC’s Sound of Music), and Sean Fosse (grandson of the late Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon). He was also asked to teach Stephen Colbert how to tap dance and appeared as a coach on MTV's MADE. He currently tours the country conducting master classes through his project, Common Ground, co-created by Germaine Salsberg. As a director and choreographer Justin has worked with several companies and artists in theatre, television, and film. Credits include The National Tour of Dance/Speak: The Life of Agnes De Mille, MTV’s MADE, the Off-Broadway production of One Night With Fanny Brice, NYMF productions of What Do Critics Know? and Errol and Fidel (2015/2017 Winner Outstanding Choreography), The Seven Little Foys (Fringe Festival), Broadway Takes Two (92nd Street Y), and recently the short film Cocaine, based on the play by Pendleton King. His work has been seen at the 2017 Gypsy of the Year Awards as well as the New York City revival of In The Heights at The Gallery Players. Regional credits include: Side Show (Westchester Broadway Theatre), Singin' in the Rain (MacHaydn Theatre), Sweeney Todd (White Plains Performing Arts Center), Orpheus in the Underworld (Virginia Opera) and directing such plays as Album and Vanities with Group Theatre Too. He also received a Kennedy Center College Award for Best Director on his production of Hairspray at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN as well as two Berkshire Theatre Awards for his work at Sharon Playhouse. Justin originally hails from New Jersey where he attended the Centenary Young Performer's Workshop under the tutelage of Broadway veteran Michael Blevins. After high school he moved to New York City, where he currently resides, and graduated from Circle in the Square Theatre School. Credits include: MTV’s MADE, The Metropolitan Opera, Willow Cabin Theatre Company, Papermill Playhouse, and the 92nd Street Y. Some of his favorite roles include ‘Bobby’ in Crazy For You (Berkshire Theatre Award nomination), ‘Don’ in Singin’ in the Rain, ‘Bert’ in Mary Poppins (Broadwayworld Award Nomination), and ‘Rooster’ in Annie.   As a tap dancer he has performed at Tap City, Tap Extravaganza, The United Nations, Marvin Hamlisch's Broadway to Brunswick, and at the historical Ryman AuditoriumJustin is a proud member of Actor's Equity Association.

In 2018 Justin created the musical performance group, Phonic Evolution, a collaboration of composers, musicians, choreographers and dancers creating a new wave of rhythm and movement. The group utilizes several genres of original music as a canvas for live performances, music videos and dance films. Phonic Evolution has also provided original music for short films, podcast themes, and vlogs.
